For my front cover, I have chosen a typical layout of the cover with a large image and the mast head in a big print. My image is the main focus and is an image of Emperor Shah Jehan who is dressed primarily in leaves, flowers and a variety of things grown in a garden or found in nature in general. I wanted to keep the rest of the page simple so as to not make it too cluttered.

For my contents page I used a different style of using a letter-shaped frame and putting the pictures (mostly floral themed) inside. The letters are big, bold and brightly coloured. Arrows sticking out from the letters, point towards the page number and the topic on that page. I have tried to make I product realistic by linking the double spread and contents using the title of the double spread as one of the pages in the Contents Page.

For my double spread, instead of using two pictures, one for each column, I used five pictures; two in each and one in the centerfold. This allowed me to make it more colourful and captivating. For the title of the double spread, I put that in a circle in the center of the page. The two columns under the pictures contain article on the topic. This a unique way of a designing a double spread.
